Wexford, PA to join our dynamic team and help lead the daily operations of our full-service veterinary hospital and luxury pet hotel.

?? About the Role

As the Hospital Manager, you’ll work closely with our Chief of Staff and leadership team to ensure smooth hospital operations, high-quality patient care, and an engaged, motivated staff. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and organizational skills who values collaboration and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the hospital and pet hotel

• Partner with the Medical Director to support the medical team and ensure excellent patient and client care

• Manage, coach, and develop team members to foster engagement and professional growth

• Handle financial and business operations, including budgeting, payroll, and inventory management

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and veterinary regulations

• Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

?? Qualifications:

• Experience in veterinary management or hospital leadership preferred

• Strong background in team leadership, HR, and business operations preferred

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in practice management software (Cornerstone experience a plus)

• Passion for creating a supportive, efficient, and compassionate workplace
