Meet Our Groomer: Missy
Missy brings more than 15 years of professional grooming experience with both dogs and cats. She is certified through the JKL School of Grooming, AKC S.A.F.E. trained, and certified in Pet First Aid and Animal CPR. Missy also has specialized training for grooming senior pets and those who require extra patience and care.

- Blueberry Facial - A blueberry-scented, tear-free brightening face wash that leaves your pet fresh-faced and fabulous.
- Brightening or Darkening fur treatments - Enhance your pet's natural coat color with a specialized treatment designed to brighten light coats or enrich darker tones.
- External Anal Gland Expression - Performed gently and professionally for your pet's comfort.
- Paw-Di-Cure - Removal of hair between paw pads, trimming excess hair on top of the paw, plus a nail trim for neat, tidy feet.
- Teeth Brushing - Freshen breath and support healthy smiles witha gentle brushing.
- Nail Trim with Buff - Smooth finish after trimming to keep nails neat and snag-free
- De-Shed Add-on - helps reduce excess shedding and leaves the coat lighter, softer, and more manageable.

Cat Grooming
We offer basic cat grooming, including nail trims, brush outs, and sanitary trims. We also offer fully sedated grooms for our feline veterinary patients.
Comfort Services Available For Our Veterinary Patients
If your pet gets stressed at the salon, we recommend requesting a comfort kit. A comfort kit can be prescribed by one of our on-staff veterinarians that includes some anti-anxiety or light sedative medication. Comfort kits need to be picked up prior to grooming services, and administered 1-3 hours prior to service according to veterinarian's direction.
Please call at least 5 days prior to grooming service to request a comfort kit.

Grooming Rules and Regulations
- Pets cannot come to the spa without meeting the following requirements:
- All pets must be fully up to date on required vaccines. Any initial vaccine series or booster must be completed at least 48 hours prior to grooming appointment.
- Pets must be on consistent monthly flea/tick prevention. For first-time or restarted applications, prevention must be applied at least 48 hours before grooming appointment.
Required Dog Vaccines: Rabies, DHPP, (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus), & Bordetella
Required Cat Vaccines: Rabies & FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia)

We do our best at Bradford Hills Pet Spa to make your pet look fabulous! However, we also want to ensure your pet feels fabulous too. Some grooming requests may not be able to be performed if the request causes excessive stress to the pet.
We can provide a general estimate of when your pet will be ready for pickup. However, please know that we give each pet the same standard of care. This may mean that some pets require more time spent with them to reduce stress levels, thus causing delays. We will call you when your pet is ready to be picked up from the spa. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
