Cat Boarding Information

What's Included for Cat Guests Staying at Pet Hotel

  • Room & Board
    A standard private room. Daily care and monitoring between 6:00 AM-7:00 PM. 
  • Room Service & Dining
    Breakfast, Lunch, and/or Dinner as requested by the owner. Bring your own food, or dine from our onsite menu. Fresh water refills as needed. Occasional Churu treats as permitted.
  • House Keeping
    Daily and as-needed room cleaning, including a fresh clean litter box and clean bedding.
  • Acitivities 
    We offer guests play breaks 4 times a day! You're welcome to bring your own toys, but we have several on-site to keep your pet busy and entertained. We also have a large window, great for sunbathing and bird watching! Our staff also offers on-demand cuddle time with courtesy head pets and butt tappies. If your pet stays with us on their Birthday, we will celebrate with a complimentary paw-ty!

What's Not Included for Cat Guests Staying at Pet Hotel

  • 24/7 Monitoring
    Our staff is only available 6:00 AM-7:00 PM daily. 
  • Select emergency treatments or surgeries
    Some medical conditions may be better treated at an emergency facility with different equipment than we have available at Bradford Hills. We have several emergency and urgent facilities nearby that we can provide referrals to should your pet require such care.
  • Emergency transportation
    Our staff is not permitted to transport guests off premises. Should your pet require transport for any reason, either the owner or an emergency contact must provide transportation.

Bradford Hills Pet Hotel takes pride in offering a safe and clean environment for all guests. We kindly ask that you please abide by our rules and regulations, and thank you for helping us maintain a high-quality facility. 

Cats cannot stay at the Pet Hotel without meeting the following requirements

  • Must be up-to-date on the following vaccines:
    • FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia)
    • Rabies

Vaccines must have been administered at least 7 days before the first day of their stay. Vaccines must not expire before the end of their stay. Due to rare instances of pets having adverse reactions to vaccines, we recommend that pets be monitored for signs of reactions following vaccinations. Since we are not a 24-hour facility, we do not allow pets to get vaccinations during their stay at the Pet Hotel, but we will be happy to schedule vaccines any other time. 

  • Pets must have had a negative fecal screening within the last 6 months, or must be scheduled for a fecal to be collected during their stay. The owner must sign that their pet is on monthly parasite prevention. 

Medical Notes:
Pets who test positive for internal parasites or transmissible diseases prior to boarding cannot board until they test negative and are cleared by a veterinarian to be boarded. Should a staff member notice signs of illness during a stay, medical testing (and treatment as necessary) will be completed, with owner or emergency contact permission, at cost to the owner. If the owner or emergency contact cannot be reached within a reasonable time frame, medical attention will be given at cost to the owner.

If a pet tests positive for internal parasites or a transmissible disease, or is found with external parasites, the pet will be transferred to isolation, and daily isolation fees will be charged. Once in isolation, a pet must remain in isolation until they test negative, are symptom-free for 48 hours, and are cleared by a veterinarian to return to the general population (or are picked up by the owner or emergency contact). 

Please note that if your pet requires any medications or supplements, there is an additional one-time daily fee for administration. We cannot accept any medications or supplements outside of their original labeled containers. Please do not bring medications or supplements in baggies or other containers that are not the original.
